PrimeWaterfront.com Ads
Overview: Each ad can display up to six photos, and 2,000
characters of text. They include all of your personalized contact information,
including direct links to your e-mail and website.
You have 24-hour access to your ads to make changes or to cancel them as
you wish.
Ad Guidelines:
- With few exceptions, ads should be for residential or recreational
properties only. Some types of related commercial properties -
such as bed and breakfast inns, small campgrounds or resorts
- are acceptable. Ads for other types of commercial properties,
such as restaurants or gift shops, are not allowed. If you have a
question as to whether a particular property would be acceptable,
just drop us an e-mail.
- Ads must be for real properties that are actively for sale at the
time the ad is placed. And the person placing the ad, or listed as
the contact, must either be the owner or authorized selling agent.
- Ads must be for specific and individual properties. Ads that only
say something like "many homes available" are not allowed.
It is acceptable, however, after describing the particular subject
property, to say something like "additional lots (or units)
available at similar prices."
- Each ad must contain some amount of
descriptive information about the subject property. Ads that only
direct the reader to call a certain phone number or visit a different
website are not allowed.
- Ads, of course, may not contain any information deemed obscene,
vulgar, discriminatory or otherwise offensive.
- Photos are encouraged because they make for a much nicer ad, but the
photos must relate to the subject property. (If appropriate, items
like maps or plat maps are acceptable.) Photos of the selling agent
are not allowed.
