Pricing / Payment
To meet the differing needs of our customers, we offer both single ads, and multiple
ad packages.
Single Ads: designed primarily for those selling "by
owner," but also available to agents who only occasionally have
waterfront or water view properties to advertise, our single ad price is
$30 for a six month listing. After the initial six-month period,
six-month renewals are available for $20.
Multiple Ad Package: designed for individual real estate
agents, or teams of agents, or real estate agencies (or even private
individuals with multiple properties to sell), our basic multiple ad
package is a 6 month - 10 ad package for only $100.
This package offers several advantages, including:
- Flexibility: during the 6 month period, you may change,
add, delete or rotate ads as you wish. If one of your advertised
properties sells, you can delete that ad and replace it with another.
- Affordability: If you use all 10 ads available to you, the
price per ad per month is only $1.67!
- Expandability: For those interested in running more than 10
ads, our package is expandable in multiples of 10; i.e., $200 for 20
ads or $300 for 30 ads. (If you need more than 30 ads,
contact
us.) And if you initially sign up for a 10 ad package, and then
later decide to upgrade to a larger package, you may do so simply by
paying a pro-rated cost for the remaining period of your original
package.
Payment: We accept both VISA and MasterCard. All
credit and debit card transactions are processed through the secure servers of
VeriSign/PayPal, one of America's leading online commerce and payment processing
firms.
